EP 11: MYTH! Women CAN'T do THIS job

Too often people say "Women can't do THIS job" when talking about a particular job within the construction industry. This episode dives deeper into the falsity of that claim and how to constructively reframe the conversation.

How you are PERCEIVED and how others PERCEIVE YOU is based on so much more than the words that you speak. Hypocrisy. Women want to be included...yet have women's groups that exclude men. What's with that? Why can't men have groups without women? THEY CAN. In this episode, I will highlight both the advantages and disadvantages to gender exclusive groups.

If you want to increase profits, revenue, retention, & more...a different approach is needed.
